Full Cost Recovery Team

Orli Gorenski, Head of Business Development, ACEVO

I began working at ACEVO over three years ago, managing the Big Lottery Funded Full Cost Recovery Programme.  In that time I have also managed a number of additional projects including the Finance Hub's Successful Procurement and Negotiation in the Third Sector Seminars and Briefings.  I have overseen the training of over 1,000 people on FCR, and have witnessed the widespread acknowledgement of the importance of fully costing projects and services.  I continue my commitment to educating both the third sector and funders and campaigning on behalf of the sector to ensure the principles of full cost recovery are taken on board.  Previous to working at ACEVO I jointly lead on the Agenda for Change NHS initiative, helping to re-grade over 400 jobs in the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust.

Eleanor Dandy, Business Development Executive, ACEVO

I have recently joined ACEVO in November 2009 as the new Business Development Executive to assist Orli in promoting Full Cost Solutions and our other exciting new services. I have a wide variety of experience as I was a specialist not for profit recruiter with TPP for over two years and dealt with many different types of organisations and stakeholders. More recently I wanted to gain in house understanding so successfully completed an internship at the national children's charity, Jeans for Genes, focusing on the marketing to help promote their big campaign. I am very passionate and enthusiastic about ensuring the third sector stays well informed and utilises its resources to full capacity.
