Downloading in Windows 7: 

The name in the Start programmes window may not have an extension that Windows 7 will reocgnise. Try adding ".xls" on the end of the programme to allow it to work  - "xls" rather than "xlsx". If you are having problems shutting down the application, for example it may keep coming up with a window saying to use "File - Exit menu" - if this happens try going to the "Add-Ins" tab in Office 2007 - a non-standard tab, to be able to see that there was a File menu and then it should be able to shut down.
