Understanding the principles of full cost recovery can be a world apart from teaching them to others, and implementing them in your own organisation. These workshops will use case studies, exercises and peer learning to help solve any issues you are having with cascading ACEVO's cost allocation model. Basic prior knowledge of full cost recovery is essential.

Learning Outcomes:

This half-day session, will increase your confidence in training others in the basic principles of full cost recovery. With different techniques and case studies, you will be armed with the tools to implement this model in your own organisation, and cascade the training onto others.
